Privacy & website analytics
Raras Renovations is the customer-facing brand of RARAS HOME REVIVAL SPECIALIST. This page explains how this website handles enquiries and optional analytics. Updated October 20, 2026.
Your enquiries
The project enquiry form prepares a message in your own email app. It does not send that message automatically or store a copy through the enquiry form. You decide whether to send it and which photographs or details to attach. If you email or call us, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss your project.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, approximate visitor locations, device types, pages viewed, project-photo engagement and contact actions. Analytics uses cookies and pseudonymous identifiers. Google processes this information to provide reports; processing may take place outside Canada.
Our analytics code does not send enquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, project addresses, message text, resumes or portfolio uploads. Recruitment and private application-review pages are excluded. Page addresses are sent without query strings or fragments. Only predefined marketing campaign codes are used for campaign reporting.
A click to call or email, or a prepared enquiry, indicates interest. It does not tell us that a call connected, an email was sent or a job was booked.
Your choice
Google Analytics stays off until you select “Accept analytics”. Choosing “Decline analytics” does not affect your ability to browse, enquire or apply. Your preference is saved in this browser for up to six months. Each domain and browser may ask separately.
You can reopen at any time. Declining after accepting stops further analytics collection, clears available Google Analytics cookies for this site and reloads the page. It does not automatically delete information already processed by Google.
Retention and access
Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to 14 months; aggregate reports may be retained longer. Raras’s authorised website administrator, Formvant, manages this website and its reporting. Analytics is not used here for personalised advertising.
Contractor applications
The Work With Us form separately collects the information and files applicants choose to submit so the Raras team can review their application. Application files and private review pages are not included in Google Analytics. Please contact us if you need to correct or request removal of application information.
